Overview

Bungy Jump in Nepal is one of Nepal's most prominent adventure activities. Diving from the bridge hung 160m over the raging Bhote Koshi River will give you a thrilling and breathtaking experience you will never forget. Leading bungee consultants from New Zealand designed the bridge, and experts in the business operate it. The client's safety is their primary concern.

With a stunning three-hour ride from Kathmandu, Nepal, we will drive to The Last Resort, located on the apex of a river gorge near the Tibetan border via the Araniko Highway. The Last Resort offers the thrilling adventure of the famous and first bungy jump in Nepal in magnificent surroundings.

Concerning the structure of the bridge, it is Swiss designed with a 4× safety feature. The bridge can hold 250kg per running meter. More than 6,000 meters of steel rope are used to construct this longest suspension bridge in Nepal. The construction of the bridge has made locals easier to traverse the river gorge, or else they had to walk for five hours to cross it.

Moreover, your weight, heartbeat, and blood pressure will be checked before the jump. The Green, Black, and Red cords are used for the lightest, heavyweights, and heavier weights, respectively. You cannot carry anything in your pockets, and consuming alcohol before the jump is strictly prohibited. Plus, the rope tied to your ankle is stretchable and doesn't break.

Let Escape Himalaya know about it if you are courageous enough to Jump and leave it all to us. We will arrange it in the best possible way.

Excellent trekking experience with Escape Himalaya to Kala Patthar! Everything went seamlessly, and my guide ensured we were safe and comfortable at all times, even in the high altitude. Will definitely choose EH again when I am back in Nepal for more hiking! The country is so beautiful and just has so much to offer!

    Everest base camp trek - Mar-Apr 2024

My 60 year old pals set out in hope on this adventure. In late March. We had our guide Raj Kumar and two porterd Janak and Ramesh. All three were stars. We changed our schedule - no problem. I would not have made it without Raj. I cannot thank him enough. Janak often took my back pack on steep climbs where I was struggling. This is a truly majestic and spiritual trek and I would encourage using Escape Himalaya and request this team of guide and porters if you want to give yourself the best chance of finishing and making best use of your time.
