Overview

The Pisang Peak Climbing offers you breath-taking views of the gorgeous Manang Valley and many surrounding peaks as you ascend through the heavy snow to reach the summit. If you are looking forward to climbing a peak in the Annapurna region of Nepal then Pisang Peak Climbing is the most opted-for expedition journey in that particular region of the country. Pisang Peak is a pyramid shaped peak that spreads uniformly above the yak pastures and village of Pisang. The steeply sloped peak made up of ice rocks is quite technical to climb. However, it offers the best views of the Annapurna panorama, the Tilicho peak, Gangapurna and other glaciers in the region along with the sight of the gorgeously isolated Manang Valley. The climbing journey is spiritual in a sense, as you encounter various monasteries, stupas, chortens and above all- pass the holy Muktinath temple on our way.

If you want to experience the raw appeal of the mountains by climbing up to its peak, then you must learn to handle ridges and fixed ropes as you traverse through the sloppy rock faces of Pisang Peak. Though the climb is challenging and demanding, the spectacular views that your eyes will perceive as you summit the peak is nothing less than breath-taking! It is a reward to your hard earned effort. Climbing up the peak is not just limited to peak climbing, it is an experience where you will enjoy staying on tents and eating self-cooked food. It is an opportunity to tackle what comes by. Your climbing journey depends on the weather condition and may vary from 8 to 12 hours. For climbing up the Pisang Peak, you will need to be physically fit and should be aware of few climbing techniques. Escape Himalaya offers this amazing package that allows you to go through the adventure and experience the beguiles of Nepal’s peaks in close proximity.

You can also opt for our Island Peak Climbing as well. Join us in this adventure for gorgeous views of the mountains and a path covered in snow where the ethereal sense of wonderment never ceases to exist!
